Guide for Authors

Call for Papers

The conference organizers invite all faculty members, lecturers, university students, scholars, educators, and industry experts to submit their scientific research findings and industrial experiences through the conference submission system. Submissions can be made in either of the following formats:

  1. Abstract (150 to 250 words)
  2. Full Paper

Submitted full papers will be selected for the Springer CCIS Book Series or one of the designated journals listed on the conference website. The Springer CCIS Book Series will be published before the conference.

You can also submit your abstract to participate in the conference. Then, you will have time to submit your full paper after the conference. These papers will be considered for sending to one of the journals.

In addition to submitting papers, SEMIT 2025 encourages attendees to share details about the conference with their colleagues. If you have any inquiries, please contact the conference organizers at semit@refconf.com.

(The submission process is the same for papers in English and Turkish.)

Your Paper, Your Way

You can submit your paper without adhering to strict formatting guidelines. Once your paper is accepted for the Springer CCIS Book Series or a journal, you need to format your paper according to its specified guidelines.

Important Points for Authors

  • The main manuscript should be submitted as a single MS Word file.
  • A Full Paper must include the Title, Author(s) Name(s) with affiliation and corresponding author, Abstract, Keywords, and Main Text (generally including Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Tables and Figures with captions, Conclusion, and References)
  • An Abstract must include the Title, Author(s) Name(s) with affiliation and corresponding author, Abstract, and Keywords.
  • You are supposed to add all authors’ names during paper submission in the right order. There must not be any differences in the authors’ names in the paper and in the submission process.
