Panel Proposal

Organize Your Panel at SEMIT 2025

We are pleased to invite specialists and scholars to organize and manage a panel at SEMIT 2025. Your collaboration as a panel chair will undoubtedly enrich the conference.

 

 Each panel will feature the following:

  1. At least 5 papers on related topics, with no limit on the number of additional papers.
  2. Although the papers of each panel are typically invited by the panel chair, other submitted papers may also be included.
  3. A custom-designed poster for your panel will be created to help you promote it effectively to your contacts, students, and colleagues, as well as on your social networks such as WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

 
Benefits for panel chairs include:

  1. The panel chair can recommend the best presentations for publication in Springer and related Journals.
  2. The panel chair can submit one paper free of charge and another paper at a 50% discount.
  3. The panel chair will receive a certificate of participation for their role as panel chair in SEMIT 2025.

  1. Your CV
  2. The title of your panel
  3. Your affiliation and photo for conference website and poster
  4. A list of your panel-mates, their affiliations, and photos (if desired)
  5. Your WhatsApp Number for further contacts if necessary
